This may be the easiest cookie I’ve ever made! I did change one thing: instead of chocolate chips, I used the same amount of Raisinets, which came out great. I weighed each scoop & 30 gram mounds produced 30 cookies (easy to remember). I baked them until I could smell them, approx 14 minutes. Thanks very much for such a lovely recipe!

It is perfect every time, just follow the recipe, you don’t really need to chill them. Also I brown my butter and add an ice cube. Only recipe I use!!!

I’ve made tons of cookies & this is definitely our favorite chocolate chip cookierecipe. The cookies rise beautifully. I used white chocolate & dark chocolate chips & just wow!!

Hi! These are the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had, amazing recipe. I have one question though, how did you get 24 cookies?? I used exact 2 tbsp of dough per cookie and I only got about 16. I actually tried to make them a little smaller and still only got 18. Other than that it's am awesome recipe.

OMGoodness! These cookies are AMAZING! I usually go for pb choc chip cookies but this weekend I wanted a simple choc chip cookie. They were very easy to make but the toffee taste made them anything but boring! I can hardly wait to make them again! Is next weekend too soon?!

These were great, I used some dark chips and some milk chocolate chips, my family loved them. I loved that I didn’t have a lot of bowls to clean.

They are delicious. I froze the dough for a 1/2 hr and they came out soft with a crispy bottom. This will be my go to recipe going forward .

Well I made the mistake of NOT forming them before the refrigeration process. I won’t do that again. Also, I used chocolate chunks instead of chocolate chips.
You are absolutely right! This is an easy recipe and the very best chocolate chip cookie recipe I’ve ever had. I will never use any other chocolate chip cookie recipe. YUM!
