These brownies are seriously the best brownies I’ve ever ate. The brownie is so fluffy and moist it’s absolutely delicious. I substituted applesauce for oil and didn’t strain the zucchini. I also used almond milk rather than whole. The only criticism I have is that the icing was not smooth like pictured. This could be user error but next time I make these I will probably sift my confectioners sugar.

Overall, these are delicious and will 100% make again.

I made these and added mini milk choc chips and chopped walnuts. I like a cake like brownies so I added an egg. Very yummy and moist..

I made the recipe exactly as it was posted. My batter covered a 9×13 pan no problem.
I let the mixture sit for about 15 min after I added the zucchini, the mixture became gooey😊 and moist . I had to use a rubber spatula to fill the pan. The finished brownie was approximately 1-1/4 inches high.

These were very good. However, I’m curious how you were able to spread these in a 9×13 pan and get the height of the brownie you show in the picture. I used a 9×9 and just barely got an even spread.

Yummy, yummy, yummy! I’m not fond of frosting so I did not frost them, plus they smelled so good we could not wait for them to cool. Fantastic and just as delicious even when cold from the fridge.
